and travel throughout France to find artisan cheese makers who
work with the best milk and offer the best expressions of that milk in
their cheese.
This soft, bloomy rind triple cream is sourced from the Île-de-France
in northern central France.
The milk is enriched with ripened cream and then made using
traditional methods.
The fine white rind encases a delicate, savoury but very creamy interiors
